I had a great stay at 3 Poniente in Vina del Mar. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. When I stayed, it was during the national Census and everything was shut down. However, the staff let us store food in their fridge and use their restroom throughout the day. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and accommodating staff, spacious and comfortable beds, parking availability, and the hotel's proximity to many pubs and places of interest. Breakfast was also included and can even be delivered to the room for a fee.

Clean, hot water and good location. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with no issues in the bathroom and the shower providing plenty of hot water. It's located in a quiet street within walking distance of key attractions and a large grocery store.
Breakfast and price. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was less than satisfactory, with a small selection of food and poor quality coffee.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, spacious room with comfortable beds, convenient location near attractions and pubs, good water pressure and temperature in the shower, breakfast delivery to the room available.
For us it was ideal.

The hotel is located in a quiet street but close to many pubs and restaurants. the staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the room is spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom is clean and the shower works well. Breakfast is included and there is a grocery store a few blocks away to buy food and essentials. the hotel offers parking on site, although it is limited to a few vehicles.
Some aspects of the hotel feel a bit worn out, such as the carpet and stairs.

The room had a great shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was also cozy with a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was right in the heart of the city, close to popular attractions and restaurants. One of the things we liked best was the friendly staff who were always cheerful and helpful.
the room was outdated and in serious need of renovation.
